Congratulations to Rabbi Sam Millunchic who has been appointed Rabbi of the Belmont United Synagogue and welcome back to him and his family.
Sam is a graduate of the Montefiore Semicha Course and has just returned from five years of further study at Eretz Hemdah in Jerusalem.
