Hilchot Dayanim: Hilchot Edut Tur Beit Yosef with Shulchan Aruch and selected Acharonim on Choshen Mishpat Vol. 1, Chapters 1-39.

Phase 2: Ehben Ha'ezer

Selected chapters from Hilchot Ishut, Kiddushin, Ketuboth, Gitin, Halitsah, Yiboom.

Phase 3: Chosehn Mishpat

Selected chapters from Hilchot Halva'ah, Shutfim, Mekah Vumemker, Ona'ah, Matanah, Nahalot.

Phase 4: Exercises in the writing of Judicial Decisions.

Choshen Mishpat: Selected chapters from Hilchot Shomerim, Damages, Robbery, Theft.

Principles of Judicial Decisions: selected from Ehben Ha'Ezer and Choshen Mishpat.

In parallel with the above phases, time will be spent in the practical observation of Beth Din activity and, in particular, the preparation of a Get, verification of names and the forwarding of Gitin abroad.
